      First Walk Through

      Next, we’ll do an on-site walk to discover any important details with the existing space. During this time we may discover any constraints and possibilities before estimation.

    • 3. Choose a Designer

      Partnering for Success

      We strongly recommend onboarding an interior designer from our network or bringing your own. A design partner is critical in making sure you’re satisfied with the look of your new space before and after it’s built. Certain remodels and custom home projects may additionally require an architect and engineer.

    • 4. An Estimate and Signed Contract

      Understanding Costs and Agreements

      An estimate will be provided based on plans created by the designer and others involved. A signed contract will follow.

    • 5. Permitting

      Getting the Green Light

      Permits will be applied for using created plans. Materials are obtained in the meanwhile.

    • 6. Construction Phase

      Demo and Build

      The existing space will be carefully town down. During demolition, our crew is mindful of the rest of the house, using air scrubbers and zip walls barriers to combat dust and cleaning project areas daily. Various inspections may be done throughout the project to ensure the work is done to code.

      Making It Perfect

      Final project walks and inspections take place. Any remediations are completed. Your new space is ready for you to enjoy!
